NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING SHALL BE GIVEN TO THOSE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE NOTICE NO LATER THAN MONDAY 10 MAY 2021
As such:
➢ In accordance with clause 18 of the Royal New South Wales Bowling Association Limited (RNSWBA) Constitution, Notice is hereby given to every State Councillor and Member entitled to vote that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of RNSWBA will be held on:
When: Monday 31 May 2021
Where: Red Room*, Club York, Level 1, 95-99 York St (*Note change of meeting room)
Start Time: 10.00am (Registration from 9.30am)

2 AMENDMENT OF ASSOCIATION CONSTITUTION
The following is moved as a Special Resolution:
A. That the constitution of the Royal NSW Bowling Association Limited (RNSWBA) be amended and replaced with the Constitution attached to this notice and marked with the letter “A”.
If the special resolution is approved, the following is moved as an Ordinary Resolution:
B. That the boards of RNSWBA and the new bowls entity be authorised to take all necessary steps to effect the above resolution
